Dataload implementation or configuration change request

Please request one new implementation or one import profile change per message.

To report a problem with an existing dataload, such as EDI or MARC record load issues, please send an email to dataloads@asklib-its-harvard.libanswers.com, including as many details as available such as vendor code, account code(s), invoice number(s), invoice files (e.g. PDF) if applicable.
To request a new dataload profile or modifications to an existing profile, please fill out the form below as follows:

'General information' section:
- Name (optional) and email address
- Specify whether you are submitting a new dataload request, or are requesting a change to an existing profile.
- Provide vendor account information.
Fill out either the 'new dataload request' section or the 'changes to an existing profile' section as appropriate. It is understood that you may not have all of the information requested; please fill in the form to the fullest extent possible at this time.
